With over 25 years of experience, MIBS Travel & Tourism stands as a trusted leader in professional travel management — built on heritage, dedication, and a true love for sport.

The company was founded 25 years ago by the Debarski family, whose name is deeply connected to Bulgarian football history. Its founder, Nikoleta Debarska, inspired by her father Spiro Debarski — one of Bulgaria’s most legendary football players and the founder of football in Cyprus — transformed his sporting spirit into her personal lifelong mission.

To elevate sports travel management in Bulgaria to an international level.

MIBS Travel & Tourism became a pioneer in organizing travel for national federations, professional clubs, and major sporting events, including the UEFA European Under-17 Championship in 2015, hosted in Bulgaria with more than 1,200 participants from across Europe.

Today, the company continues its journey with the third generation of family leadership, preserving the same values of integrity, excellence, and personal commitment that have guided it since its founding.
